Birthday Phone Call

For those of you who forgot the rules to the Birthday Phone Call, or any new members of the family, here is the official link. Please note that these have been posted since November 28, 2006. There should be no excuses.

Apparently someone forgot Stephen's birthday and claimed he did not know the rules. I won't mention any names, but his birthday was on the same day that the rules were posted.
